Postdoc in computational biology (Germany)

We are looking for a postdoctoral researcher to work in projects in computational biology and genomics at the Max DelbrÞck Center for Molecular Medicine in Berlin. In particular, funding is available for a project that requires to study data from chromatin capture conformation experiments. Programming abilities and some familiarity with bioinformatic databases are required. We also require help with the management of our computer cluster, therefore experience in system administration tasks will be appreciated. We offer an initial contract for one year that will be extended depending on performance and funding availability.
