Main Description: PhD position focused on studying genetic variations in noncoding regions using evolutionary information and deep learning models. The project combines pangenomic data structures, evolutionary models, and deep learning architectures trained on genomic data.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in a programming language
• Demonstrated experience in at least one of: genome sequences and omics data, deep learning, compressed data structures for strings, or mathematical modeling of DNA/protein evolution
• Willingness to learn additional areas
