  • Review scientific and grey literature on biodiversity outcomes in OECMs
  • Contribute to the development of monitoring frameworks and conservation planning guidelines
  • Collaborate with an international team of researchers and conservation practitioners

Requirements:
  • PhD in ecology, conservation biology, or a closely related field
  • Experience in systematic review of scientific and grey literature
  • Knowledge of biodiversity monitoring methods
  • Experience with conservation prioritization tools (e.g., Marxan, Zonation, or similar)
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Advantageous: French, Spanish, and/or Indonesian language skills
  • Strong motivation for collaborative and interdisciplinary work
  • Interest in bridging conservation science and practice
  • Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills

Benefits/Conditions:
  • Full-time position (100%) for 4 years, with a mid-term evaluation
  • Salary according to University of Neuchâtel standards for postdoctoral researchers
  • Social benefits included
