Main Description:
Full-time position to support research on abundance, demographics, movements, and trophic ecology of marine mammals in the Northwest Atlantic, Gulf of Mexico, and Caribbean. Duties include collection and management of scientific data, and participation in field research including vessel operations and aerial surveys.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in physical, life, or environmental sciences
- Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant scientific data collection and management (experience with marine mammal surveys preferred)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Proficiency in database management or small vessel operation/maintenance
