Applications are invited for a full-time position as laboratory Technician in the Paleobiology of Hominins Program. The work of the technician will mainly be focused on the X ray generator, MICRO CT 81, set aside of computerized tomography.
Working disposal and abilities with hardware and software involved will play a decisive role in the recruitment process.

Additional duties, among others, include programming and maintaining the equipment, collecting the data, analysing samples and collaborating in the development of specific analytical protocols.

We are seeking a motivated and responsible person, with an enquiring mind, able to work accurately and pay great attention to detail, with a methodical approach to work, able to work in a team and/or self-governing.
We offer the opportunity to join a growing National Research Center at a crucial stage of its development and the challenge of working in an excellent scientific and technical working environment.
The successful applicant will sign a contract for work and service to analyse the CENIEH's dental fossil collection. The starting day will be approximately in September 2007.
Requirements
Academic Training: High School, Technical School o related. Wide knowledge of hardware and software (programming skills) and Intermediate English level are a requirement.
Professional Experience: Experience in scientific equipment or related will be considered a plus
