Trainee Community Reserve Warden

Salary: £10,046 per annum pro-rata
51-week fixed-term contract
Based at College Lake Nature Reserve, near Tring in Buckinghamshire

The Berks, Bucks & Oxon Wildlife Trust is a membership-based voluntary organisation, managing 88 nature reserves, influencing land management across the 3 counties and actively working to educate and encourage all sectors of the community to care for local wildlife.

The Trainee Community Reserve Warden will contribute to the development of opportunities for individuals, groups and local communities to use, enjoy and understand our nature reserves and assist with conservation management. You should have some experience of working in conservation or on a community/education based project. You will need to be flexible in the hours you work, good with the general public and enthusiastic. This post will be subject to CRB check at enhanced level.
