Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, Ottawa ON, Canada

Funding is available for a post-doctoral fellowship in the area of
evolutionary bioinformatics.  The successful candidate will contribute
to several lines of research, involving next-generation sequence data
analysis, meta-genomics, population genetics, phylogenetics and
phylo-geography.  Across these lines of research, the Fellow will apply
recently proposed probabilistic models for phylogenetic inference, and
for the characterization of long-term features of molecular evolution.
The Fellow will work under the supervision of Dr. Nicolas Rodrigue, at
the Eastern Cereal and Oilseeds Research Centre, located on the Central
