Postdocs opportunities in immunology (USA)

The Washington University Thoracic Immunobiology Laboratory is seeking highly motivated postdoctoral fellows for basic and translational research projects in transplantation immunology.  Our laboratory has pioneered mouse models of lung transplantation (J Clin Invest 2014) and developed approaches to intravital imaging of pulmonary and heart grafts (PNAS 2010, J Clin Invest 2012). The projects will focus on innate and adaptive immune mechanisms that lead to lung allograft rejection. Ideal applicants are Ph.D. candidates , recent Ph.D. graduates in immunology or cell biology or have an MD degree.  Ideal candidates have outstanding achievements in their doctoral research with a publication record in immunology journals, possess independent research abilities with expertise in cellular and molecular techniques and strive to excel scientifically.  Strong oral and written communication skills are required.
