We are seeking candidate for a POST-DOCTORAL CONTRACT to collaborate with the research project COSTERA (Cost:Effectiveness of Ecological Restoration Actions; RTI2018-095954-B-100) funded by the R+D+I Program « Research Challenges » Spanish Government

The work will be carried out at the Multidisciplinary Institute for Environmental Studies (IMEM, University of Alicante, Spain), in collaboration with Professor Kirsten Thönicke (Postdam Institute for Climate Change Research, Postdam, Germany – https://www.pik-potsdam.de/members/kirsten), and aims to develop trait-based models to predict changes in the provision of ecosystem services in Mediterranean landscapes under climate change. Experience related to the object of the contract will be valued.

The two-year contract will include a 12/18-month stage in Postdam. Previous research results are shown here (in Spanish).

Requirements:

– Doctorate degree achieved later than January 1st 2016 (the term may be extended for candidates on maternity/paternity leave).
