ASAB are looking for someone to draw together, develop and test a range of technologies, programs and materials to facilitate the delivery of virtual academic meetings both for Summer 2020 and in the longer term. We envisage that the work will take 1-2 months. The successful candidate should be innovative and competent in website design, basic programming and have a current understanding of commercial packages suitable to support such meetings.
The work can be conducted remotely from a location convenient to you, with regular liaison with the ASAB meetings secretary (Jo Madden) and meetings organisers. Payment will be £3,680/month (£23/hour) NON PAYE (you will be responsible for local taxes etc on your earnings). We are looking to appoint by the first week of May, with an immediate start date, with the materials developed by the end of June in time for the Summer meeting likely in July/August 2020.
