Main Description: Badger Trust is the leading authority on badgers in England and Wales, dedicated to ensuring a better future for badgers through research, advocacy and supporting a network of local groups.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and deliver research-based projects that will have a real impact on badger conservation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and daily management of research-driven projects
- Collect, analyse and manage data to inform project outcomes
- Collaborate closely with colleagues and external partners to deliver impactful results
- Identify and pursue funding opportunities to support research and project work
Requirements:
- Strong research and data management skills
- Some experience in project development and scoping (ideally within the conservation, environmental or charity sectors)
- Experience in securing project funding is an advantage
- Self-motivated, organised and keen to make a difference
