Main Description:
Lead regional portfolio of marine conservation initiatives in Latin America and the Caribbean. Responsible for establishing and improving management effectiveness of large-scale marine conservation areas, working with governments and partners to achieve 30x30 conservation targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 8 years of applicable experience in conservation campaigns, marine conservation, and environmental policy
• Demonstrated project management experience
• Political, strategic, and analytical skills
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Ability to work effectively across diverse cultural contexts
• Legal authorization to work in Chile
