Main Description
Postdoctoral position in the MoBioFood research group focused on functional nutrition, gut health, and sustainable food systems. Research areas include:

• Mechanisms linking dietary bioactives, microbiota, intestinal function and metabolic health
• Sustainable alternative proteins and functional foods
• Environmental dietary risks such as microplastics

Requirements

• PhD obtained 2-8 years before call publication
• Minimum 2 years of accredited postdoctoral experience at incorporation date
• Minimum 1 year of postdoctoral period funded independently from projects/grants led by URV
