Contract Type: Postdoctoral position. Initial appointment one year with possibility of renewal for second year contingent upon satisfactory performance. Projected start date: August 2026.

Main Description:
Postdoctoral position to develop and conduct research on plant thermal performance and floral thermoregulation in wild plant populations. Research will focus on:

• Reproductive and phenotypic responses to abiotic and biotic heterogeneity
• Experimental pollinator-mediated evolution
• Population genetic approaches

The researcher will conduct experiments in plant growth facilities, laboratories, and field populations.

Requirements:

• PhD by start date
• Experience in ecological genetics, evolutionary ecology, plant reproductive biology, or related field
• Demonstrated track record of research productivity (publications, presentations, grants)
• Ability to work in teams and provide research mentorship
• Strong analytical skills
