Main Description:
Casalay Divers is looking for a full-time PADI Instructor to join their team at a luxury boutique dive resort in Puerto Galera, one of the Philippines' most biodiverse marine environments. The role involves teaching the full range of PADI courses, guiding recreational dives in vibrant coral reef ecosystems, and actively promoting continuing education among guests. Dive sites include trips to Verde Island and Apo Reef.

Requirements:

• Residency in the Philippines or willingness to relocate
• PADI OWSI certification or higher, with EFR Instructor rating
• Experience teaching a range of PADI courses
• Specialty certifications are an advantage
• Good physical fitness
• Customer-oriented attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Comfortable promoting continuing education and guiding recreational dives
