Contract Type: Post-doctoral Fellow (PDF) – 3 years, renewable
Main Description:
A 3-year renewable postdoctoral position in marine ecology and ecosystem restoration. The successful candidate will coordinate a multidisciplinary team working on the rehabilitation of coral reefs, seagrasses, oysters, and macroalgae, with emphasis on innovative technologies, environmental engineering, and monitoring.
Requirements:
- PhD in marine ecology, marine biology, biogeochemistry, geochemistry, environmental sciences, or a related discipline
- Strong background in field-based marine ecology
- Demonstrated experience in marine restoration ecology
- Leadership or coordination of marine/coastal fieldwork
- Track record of publications or research outputs commensurate with career stage
- Excellent communication, organisational, and collaborative skills
