Main Description
Lead the conservation and management of nine wildlife reserves (6,800 hectares) in the North area of Scotland. Oversee habitat restoration, ecological monitoring, local team management, and community engagement across peatland, temperate woodland, moorland, and mountain landscapes.
Requirements
- HND or equivalent in Environmental Conservation
- Minimum 3 years' experience in conservation project management and practical land management
- Solid knowledge of environmental regulations, health and safety, and evidence-based conservation
- Experience in upland conservation projects such as peatland restoration, native woodland regeneration, river restoration, or conservation grazing
