CXL has 3 positions open to work on some pretty amazing projects and programs. CXL seeks to solve the world's greatest conservation problems by supporting innovative solutions that address the underlying drivers of extinction. We create solutions to prevent the extinction crisis through developing new technology in our labs, leading innovation competitions, and empowering talented innovators across disciplines to create transformative products that serve people and our planet.
Position 1: Development Coordinator
Conservation X Labs (CXL) seeks a passionate and enthusiastic innovator—a Development Coordinator—to help drive our organization's growth and impact by rapidly scaling up our fundraising success. But to accomplish our ambitious goals, we need a development and fundraising operation that meets the moment.
Requirements: The ideal candidate is smart, team oriented, proactive, systems-minded, and brings both curiosity and rigor to their work.
Position 2: Program Management Consultant
CXL is in search of a Project Management consultant to join our South America team as soon as possible through April 2026, with the possibility of extension. This position directly supports the final design phase of a new philanthropic Fund that seeks to tackle fire, the leading cause of tropical primary forest loss, in three globally significant South American ecoregions: the Amazon, Chiquitania, and Pantanal. This Fund focuses on the underlying conditions that drive destructive fire and combines community-led stewardship, cutting-edge innovation and technology, and data-driven decision systems.
This Project Management Consultant will develop a project plan, including roles, tasks, timelines, key milestones, and support overall execution of that plan from Washington, DC or from Peru, Brazil, or Bolivia, working in direct support to CXL's Chief Executive Officer in Washington, DC, who is the overall Program Lead, as well as CXL's Director of Amazon Programs.
Position 3: Program Associate
CXL is in search of a Program Associate to join our South America team as soon as possible through April 2026, with the possibility of extension. This position is critical to the smooth operations of the team, and the incumbent will work directly with Executive leadership at the center of a passionate, impact-driven social enterprise.
The Program Associate directly supports the final design phase of a new philanthropic Fund that seeks to tackle fire, the leading cause of tropical primary forest loss, in three globally significant ecoregions: the Amazon, Chiquitania, and Pantanal. The Fund will unite partners to build and test integrated prevention and response systems, learn quickly, and scale what works.
