Core Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced senior manager specialist to drive sustainable operations within our water and nature portfolio.

The main priority is to develop, manage and drive our global water portfolio, to reduce water consumption within our factories worldwide towards water positive. This includes tactical road-mapping, forecasting, and leading yearly projects commitments and target setting. More specifically you will

Join our Sustainable Operations team in Billund. We are part of the Engineering & Workplace organization. We lead, design and implement sustainable solutions primarily within energy/CO2, water, and waste - in a circular approach, which means eliminating negative impact on our local and global environment!

Sustainable Operations is moreover responsible for handling the global portfolio for energy, water, and waste reductions, tracking of realized reductions towards zero-impact, and the programme office for sustainability in Engineering & Workplace. We identify and implement reduction projects in close collaboration with the production sites and other partners.

In the context of our 1,5°C science-based targets, we are looking for a Nature Controller to join our Sustainable Finance team in Global Finance function, the position is based in Paris (75). In this position, you will report to our Nature Performance Controlling Director.

You will support the end-to-end digitalization of our reporting and monitoring tools, with a strong focus on climate and packaging, and support our Functions in their operational roadmaps. You will also be in charge of defining and implementing key changes in our reporting and performance monitoring tools and processes, as well as supporting the Climate Performance Controlling Manager in the coordination of different Functions on utilising these tools.

Your main responsibilities will include

Enterprise environmental reporting system and process evolutions (Greentrack)Be the reference for the whole team in terms of detailed understanding of the Greentrack reporting system (such as zone carbon controllers)Carry out functional and impact analysis of needs of evolution to be carried out in the current tool and in the associated reporting processes (for internnal stakeholderssuch as Cycles and Procurement)Support prioritization of needs and construction of a system update roadmapIdentify key changes linked to system evolutions to be implemented in the reporting process and propose evolutions to Nature Performance Controlling Director & Climate Performance Controlling ManagerDeliver with the software editor (UL) fully tested evolutionsBe the interface of the team with the IT & Data team and the C&P Sustainability Lead, on any topic linked to end-to-end digitalization of activity dataCo-design with the IT & Data team pragmatic solutions to improve calculation methods from primary systems (SAP, Magnitude etc.), and improve master data quality
Climate accounting expertise in support to FunctionsAnswer technical questions on climate accounting from C&P Functions, based on internal and external standardsCarry out functional impact analysis and make required evolutions
Carbon bridges update and analysisFully in charge for the yearly update of the structure and calculation methods of carbon bridges (15-20 files)Regular updates of all bridges files during the finalization of the consolidation phase for the yearly campaignSupport variance analysis and performance analysis at company levelSupport non-climate bridge evolutions

Puesto: Investigador/a en Biología sintética (Junior PhD)

¿Qué necesitas para unirte a nosotros? (Requisitos indispensables)


-Grado en Biología, Biotecnología, Bioquímica, Ingeniería Química o similar.


-Doctorado finalizado en una rama relevante relacionada con la microbiología, biología sintética, biología evolutiva, bioprocesos o similares.


-Al menos 2 años de experiencia previa en proyectos de biología sintética o evolutiva.


-Conocimiento profundo de las técnicas de microbiología, fisiología microbiana, mutagénesis, mejora de cepas microbianas etc.


-Dominio del inglés oral y escrito.


-Posibilidad de trasladar el domicilio a Sevilla o alrededores


-Permisos de trabajo y residencia en España


¿Qué sería genial que supieras? (Requisitos deseables)


-Experiencia en la producción de proteínas recombinantes.


-Experiencia en la producción de microorganismos biofertilizantes, biofungicidas o PGPB.


-Habilidades de comunicación.
